Estate Manager
Having worked for the wider family companies for over 15 years, he's now entrusted to develop, execute and manage the commercial expansions of the Estate. With a background in finance, operations, F&B, and hospitality, his speciality is in launching successful multi-million pound international ventures.

Having worked for the wider family companies for almost a decade, she's our secret weapon. Her role is to plot, plan and strategise.
Renown for her obsessive attention to detail, ability to juggle the whole world and his wife at the same time, and as if that's not enough she speaks about 6 languages.

Our secret weapon, there's almost nothing she can't do. Detail orientated, rapid fire, with super hero muscles, she's also our current planking champion. We have no idea how she does it all with three little boys at home as well.

A true enigma, we wouldn’t be exaggerating to say that this man has done it all. From jumping out of planes, to engineering with one of the largest companies in the world, to teaching children, and on top of that being a double black belt in karate (!!!), he also has the greenest thumbs in the county. All the beautiful flowers, veggies, lawns and more you see? Because of this guy.

Part of our autistic program, Alex helps in our warehouse and grounds team, involved in things like packing gift boxes, and feeding the alpacas. His most important responsibility is Chief Play & Walk Officer for Ross (our estate puppy).

Everyone's favourite team member, she’s a white German Shepherd. Her favourite activities are naps, snacks and bird watching.

Ross's little sister. She's a blue German Shepherd. Her favourite activities are chasing Ross, biting Ross, and naps.
The Alpacas
Our resident alpacas. Alpacas originated in South America and are considered domestic livestock. While generally calm, they get a little spitty if they’re overly excited or a bit moody. When we sheer ours, their wool is used for arts and crafts, and we use their manure in our walled garden to grow plants, fruit and veg, and flowers for the Estate.
Angeline Francis Khoo
Angeline is co-founder of startup studio Wonder & Awe and founder of luxury women’s wear brand Rosie On Fire.
She holds a Bachelors of Law from the University of Buckingham and a Masters of Science from the University of Oxford.
Having a number of siblings on the autistic spectrum, she's a long time advocate for people on the spectrum being integrated into the workforce. She has been featured in Business Today, YOU Magazine, Her World, Tatler and other international publications.

Jedidiah Francis
Jedidiah is a technologist and futurist, and loves to make complicated ideas accessible and fun.
He holds a 1st class degree in business management & biology, and a PHD in Statistics from the University of Oxford.
He’s on the board of the Crown Estate technology transformation board. He also guest lectures at Imperial College London on AI, technology and startups.
He was previously the Head of Data Science at ASOS and founded their Data Science team.
